This Privacy Policy describes how Will Favinger / Will Favinger Photography (“Will,” “we,” “us”) handles information in connection with this website. This site is used to share Will's wedding photography work and to receive inquiries from prospective clients.

When you submit an inquiry through our contact form, we collect the information you choose to provide, which may include: your name, email address, phone number, estimated guest count, wedding date, venue, city or location, the services you're interested in (photography, photography and film, or still exploring), any additional services you're interested in (such as the Bright Studio Experience, a Love Story Session, a photo album, or drone footage), any message you write to us, and how you heard about Will.

Because this website is hosted, delivered, and operated using third-party infrastructure — including our web hosting provider, our content delivery/security provider, and the email systems used to deliver inquiry notifications — those providers necessarily process information as part of technically operating the site and delivering your inquiry to us.
